Our battery integrated manufacturing begins with electrode preparation. Raw materials are precisely mixed, coated, and calendared into uniform electrodes. These electrodes are then stacked, using advanced stacking technology, to form pouch cells with excellent energy density and structural stability.
After stacking, the cells are encapsulated in Aluminum-plastic filmv packaging materials and filled with high-purity electrolyte. Each cell then undergoes formation and aging processes to ensure electrochemical stability before progressing to the grading stage, where performance and consistency are validated.
